Center to Improve Project Performance (CIPP) OSEP has funded this Center for the purposes of providing technical assistance to OSEP grantees in conducting formative and summative evaluations of their projects funded through the following programs: Parent Information Centers, Technical Assistance and Dissemination, and Personnel Development. The Center will also guide, coordinate, and oversee the summative evaluations of Technical Assistance, Personnel Development, Parent Training and Information Center, and Technology projects selected by OSEP. Their services are only available to OSEP grantees.

Regional Resource Center Program works with The Center to identify and provide technical assistance to states on PSO systems. Contact:
