National Post-School Outcome State Profile Database
These profiles are completed by a state contact responsible for post-school outcome data collection. This information addresses data collection requirements for the State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) Indicator #14:

Percent of youth who had IEPs, are no longer in secondary school and who have been competitively employed, enrolled in some type of postsecondary school, or both, within one year of leaving high school. (20 U.S.C. 1416(a)(3)(B))

Profiles include: a description of how each state currently collects and uses post-school outcome data, state contacts, links to related state materials (e.g. Web sites, survey instruments, reports) and much more!
